That’s so wonderful that you’re in a place where you can write about something dark in your life. Most people can’t even get to that place of perspective.

So, when you think about people and how they might respond to your work, know this: some people aren’t going to want to sit in the dark spaces, they’re allergic to them, but then they’ll be others and those are those are your people, they’ll want your work because they see something in that that’s wholly in them.
