That is absurd and not surprising. Why can’t they treat people like humans instead of a PR situation only to be handled by a carefully crafted we’ve-done-no-wrong press release? Make an effort to actually make everyone feel comfortable on their trips? Because everyone talks about doing the work but few actually do it. Unreal.
