Seriously! I have Google alerts set up on some of my work and I’ve actually paid for plagiarism scanning software for some of my more popular pieces. This year alone, I’ve issued 37 DMCA takedowns because men like Daniel feel entitled to my (OUR!) hard work.

Like you, I’ve defended Medium because it’s given so much to me as a writer and consultant, but I’m floored that they’re allowing such blatant plagiarism to happen by simply taking his word for it.

Do I have to be famous to be taken seriously? This is so painful. If I hear anything from Medium, I’ll let you know. And if someone ponies up an attorney, I’ll let you know as well. This makes me sick.

And, of course, Daniel is enjoying every minute of this. Fuck face.
