I couldn’t agree with you more. It feels as if ageism is yet another taboo subject people don’t talk about. Even job descriptions are annoying with “dynamic, energetic” and the like. Saying young without saying it. Many of my peers have started their own shops or are consultants. I’m happy for them, but I wonder about the age imbalance in a lot of companies.
