I completely agree with all of this, but I think women of color, specifically black women, should be paid for education and emotional labor. So much of it is demanded, for free, by white women that they now have to bear the weight of being oppressed and having to educate the oppressor.

I don’t see it as a cash grab, I view it as deserved reparations.
