Ali-you’re speaking so many truths in your comment. I actually stopped doing performance marketing projects because people didn’t understand that not everyone channel drives direct ROI (and it shouldn’t). They also conveniently forget how people buy and consider products. Few people will buy blindly off a single ad — it’s the confluence of marketing, not that last click attribution nonsense, that’s driving the sale. I got tired of banging my head against the wall.
